  • Standard of Conduct

  • Shot records (most recent & up to date)

  • Birth Certificate & Social Security or ITIN (both: parent and child)

  • Disciplinary records

  • Withdraw form from previous school

  • Transcript 9th-12th grade from previous school

  • Report card from Previous school 1st -8th grade

  • Background check (parents)

  • Drivers license (Parents)

** All registration and enrollment fees must be paid in full before the first day of school. No exceptions. **

****Only Parents/guardians who have legal custody of the student/s they have enrolled can receive student grades, school calendar and any school event programs or flyers****If and when there is a pending balance, the student records will be placed on hold until all balances have been cleared***

Summer School

First day of Summer School will be held the following Monday after the last day of school and will be held for two intense weeks. 7:45am 3:45pm

How do we keep our rates Low?

We also ask that each student sell two boxes of chocolates per school year and Participate in our yearly raffle. ***Parents of the Pre-kindergarten and Kindergarten class will be placed on a snack rotation list: Therefore, bringing the fruit for the week allotted. (if you can’t bring the fruit, for the allotted week you can opt out by paying for snack at the schools front desk) ***

Do Members get a discount?

Self Pay families can call the front office to see if they are eligible for discount. Parishioners and non-parishioners alike receive the same affordable prices.

Is there a discount if I’m enrolling more than one child?

Yes! Your first child pays full tuition, and every additional child gets a 5% discount on his/her tuition.

Financial Aid Program.

In our financial aid program each family is required to accumulate 50 Points( 20 which are Non-service points, $20 credit per point toward tuition) per student. We also ask that each student sell two boxes of chocolates per school year and that each family complete 30 point of service In the following activities: bake sales, Yard Sales, Silent Auctions, book club, lunch club, decor club, Wednesday food fundraiser club etc.

*** Referrals are more than welcome. For every student enrolled through a referral you will receive a $10 discount on enrollment***
